I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a unique touch with a balcony in the ceiling outside the guestrooms. The beds were so cozy, and I enjoyed the view straight onto the church across the way. The service was top-notch, with staff who were helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, situated in the heart of downtown Guanajuato, making it super convenient to explore the city. The only slight downside was that the dining options could be a bit more diverse, especially for early risers like me who wanted to grab breakfast before starting the day.
